Eight months ago, I received an email from Eric and Jan asking if I'd be interested in blogging each week alongside them. At first, I was a bit worried if I'd be able to express my thoughts in writing and in a way that would resonate with the readers. The internal battle I had was real; I knew that I expressed myself better verbally rather than written.  However, I've never been one to turn down a challenge or an opportunity to help others.  Like any challenge, I took it head-on with a positive outlook. 


I still can't believe it's been eight months since my first blog.  I'm not only grateful to Eric & Jan for allowing me the opportunity to participate but also to all the readers that take time out of their day to read what's on our minds.  Your dedication to obtaining additional knowledge/understanding of association matters, something which your a volunteer of, fuels me to become a stronger writer and leader. As such, it's one of the things I'm most grateful for in 2019.


To all those that read the blog, I wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, and a New Year full of health and gratitude.
