TAKING FROM PETER TO PAY PAUL

I've never understood how legislators could take money that belongs to our condo associations and move it into the state's general fund. After the tragedy at Surfside, I would have expected a larger investment into leadership training for our board members and online classes that guide them in understanding the importance of their role in their communities. Additionally, they could offer courses that teach our board members to be better leaders within their communities.

This money should be used for our industry and not any other. Many problems need to be fixed, and if they don't think so, then the associations should get that excess returned to them. How many years will this continue to happen?
