For the past three weeks, the blog has been focused on all the changes that recently came into effect; however, it's not enough just reading it but more on the action you will take as a board member to address all these changes.

 

Which step you decide to take first depends on many factors; however, you must work with the best. Now is not the time to go cheap or pick the lowest bidder. The time frames are short, and you want to work with industry experts in front of these changes. As I'm mentioned for the past few weeks, your success in getting through this is based on the partnerships you forge today.
