DON’T PANIC!!!!

Let’s face it: The Corona Virus isn’t fun. It’s really serious.

But I guess in the meanwhile everybody knows that you’re not getting it from drinking Mexican beer.

But don’t panic! That’s about the worst thing we can do! I was shopping Wednesday morning for our regular needs as usual. Publix was jam-packed at 8:15 am – normally pretty empty at that time – and many shelves were plainly empty. And I guess many people haven’t figured out yet that toilet-paper doesn’t cure the disease – or prevents infection.

There is not much to be said what hasn’t been said about avoiding infection. And if you still have questions, listen to the late afternoon press conferences each day of the Corona Virus Task Force under the great leadership of Vice President Mike Pence. He is surrounded by the real experts, not by the so-called experts discussing catastrophic pictures in the media.

No matter what you hear from the media, we are in this country very lucky to have such great leadership. Our President tried to stop traffic from abroad at a very early time – and was criticized for it. Make no mistake: The Europeans moaned about the travel ban, but now – a week later – they are following exactly the same methods initiated at a much earlier time by our leadership in the White House.

Stay calm, avoid crowds – and be yourself! Most of us were born after WWII, but we all have seen many world-wide crises before.

We will get over this one too!

I guess we will see in December – just in time for Christmas – many homes welcoming newborn babies. It looks like many couples are bored at home with no sports on TV. Isn’t that the way life works?

In my opinion the best medicine is “POSITIVE THINKING” and “KEEPING YOUR HUMOR!”

STAY HEALTHY MY FRIENDS!

associations. He moved to Florida in 1995 - hoping to retire. He moved into a HOA, where the developer cheated the homeowners and used the association dues for his own purposes. End of retirement!

CCFJ was born in the year 2000, when some owners met in Tallahassee - finding out that power is only in numbers. Bergemann was a member of Governor Jeb Bush's HOA Task force in 2003/2004.

The organization has two websites to inform interested Florida homeowners and condo owners:

News Website: http://www.ccfj.net/.

Educational Website: http://www.ccfjfoundation.net/.

We think that only owners can really represent owners, since all service providers surely have a different interest! We are trying to create owner-friendly laws, but the best laws are useless without enforcement. And enforcement is totally lacking in Florida !
