The Proof is in the Pudding

I have always been in agreement that there should be educational requirements for Board Members and yes, for Condo's and HOA's too!!

Eric hosted a group of about 200+ people during his November 8th, 2012 BOARD CERTIFICATIONS SEMINAR at the Hard Rock Café in Hollywood, Florida. Everyone there was in agreement  there are no dumb questions, it was immediately evident by the participation from the attendees, that these seminar participants truly wanted to grasp their responsibilities and do the best job they possible while in filling their responsibilities as a current or potential Board Member. I was further impressed with the number of HOA participants who chose to attend and learn the laws governing operation of their Association, even though certification is not required for them.

It seems like the legislators could learn a lot from these individuals and maybe take the initiative to promote a more stable, structured, educational format by which HOA’s operate. Kudos to Eric for a great seminar and double kudos to all the wonderful participants!  GREAT JOB, WELL DONE AND THANKS FOR ALLOWING ME TO PARTICIPATE!
