I hope each of you had a wonderfully relaxing Labor Day. Unfortunately, now it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get down to the crazy business of guiding your Association through the 4^th quarter of the year. It’s budget time, election time, annual meeting time and let’s not forget about how close at hand the holidays are! Do you allow decorations? Do you not allow decorations? Are you raising Association fees or not? Are your budgeting reserves, pooling them or ignoring them all together? Who is running the Board? Who has a personal agenda? Who should be elected? The list goes on and on.

As you begin to tackle each of these tasks. Remember next Labor Day is only 361 days away!!!
