SPECIAL FORCES. SPECIAL TREATMENT

As we are all aware, we live in a volatile society. As Americans, we owe a tremendous amount of gratitude and honor to our armed forces, both men and women. I commend Florida legislature for adding regulations ensuring these military families are provided quick decisions for their housing needs. My question is, did they go far enough? Military families are known to move on a constant basis and in some cases, with as little as 30 days notice. Several of the states have passed legislation allowing active duty military to have month-to-month leases without additional fees and without violation to the covenants. Additionally, if they receive relocation orders of a distance of 50 miles or greater, they cannot be charged a termination fee. My question is, do you think Florida should consider similar regulations. I would love to hear from you! Thank you to all of our active and retired military personnel. You are appreciated!
